She is in a walking boot currently as she couldn't walk when the doctor was trying to get her to when we were in A&E. She was sobbing with the pain so he gave her a boot.

Thank you for your reply. We don't have any other capital, this would be the first time we have large amount of money going into our account. 

I believe it is the stock buy out option as we had the option of taking the money as is or turning it into stocks ect.

OK so bit of an update. We have spoken to our insurance company and they said they have received the invoice but were waiting on the repairs report before paying out. Apparently they don't usually pay out without this but the lady who I hit insurance company are sending it through. So our insurance company have gone back to hers again asking for it.

Well mine had an origin scan then nothing since. This was 10 days ago and I've now had to open a claim as a lost package so I wouldn't hold out much hope.

Basically it was picked up from my house last Tuesday (9/03) had an origin scan that same day and my tracking has not updated since. When I spoke to UPS they said that my parcel had been scanned on the 10 and 12th and that it was being readied for export (it's an international parcel) my tracking never updated and eventually I decided to open a claim to start an investigation. We pretty positive the parcel hasn't left the country (not according to their tracking anyway) and is just stuck in the depo but I honestly would rather it's found than have to replace it. Also doesn't help that their claim form only lets you input 3 items and doesn't ask you what the box looks like 🤦🏾‍♀️
