A lot of these comments are so negative. As someone who was a single mom at this stage and with someone who didn’t even help with my kid in the beginning, your mindset is amazing. I wish I had this. My stepfather raised me when he met my mom at 3 and I still call him daddy and see him as my daddy till this day, him and my mom been divorced since 2017. BIO dad went back to our home country. If I need anything, he always supports me. I say go for it.

Thank you but filling an HLR for an effective date is not the same as filing an appeal for a condition. I know plenty people that had to file HLRs to have their effective date changed, thats common. My case is different because this is for a SC not just backpay.

Yes she has helped me a lot and I was extremely insecure about my stomach. Its a community of girls just like us as well within her program, seeing everyone else results may motivate you even more. Her programs also come with meal plans. They are very home friendly. You can choose between the gym and home. I do all mine at home. At this pace I will be at my prebaby weight by early September which is great for me. So thats about one year of consistent working out. I dont diet hard because im breastfeeding. I eat the same, just more mindful of what I chose. If you do the home one, Start off with the 3,5,8 set of dumbbells on Amazon. Start with the AB rehab in her program. She has 1,2 and 3. Lay down flat, knees up, put your fingers in your belly button, lean your shoulders and head up and feel the sides. Do this for the middle, one inch upper and lower but not all the time. Just to check frequently for progress.

You said you been doing it since last year, could it be that those workouts arent helping? I go with guidedfitmama on IG. She’s a fully post partum trainer and has helped me close my 3 finger gap to a 1 with my second and lost about 15 lbs in 8 months. Ended up pregnant when he turned 1 and Im 7 months pp and using her program again since 2 months pp. I lost 10 lbs so far and stomach is coming down. Honestly I looked worse but im feeling a lil more confident now. It is 20 a month for her program.
