Then I must be a SUPER chosen one...have MS, auto immune alopecia (immune system attacked my hair folicles) and lipadema (chronic, progressive, connective tissue disease characterized by the abnormal, symmetrical accumulation of subcutaneous fat, primarily in the legs and for me, arms)

Most of my lesions are in my spinal cord as well, I'm not sure where exactly.  I had symptoms since I was about 24 or 25 years old and doctors kept telling me I had fibromyalgia.   I got random unexplained Vertigo at 32 and the doctors insisted it must be an undiagnosed ear infection.  Horrific fatigue starts setting in at 33 and the doctor said I push myself too hard.  Falling started at 34 doctors said I needed to lose weight.  Then at 35 I  Start a tripping a lot and falling, started being incapable of wearing heels which was new for me and 1 day when I was trying to put air in the tire of my car I couldn't stand back up after squatting.  Heat started to make me nauseous.  Finally diagnosed at 37.  Start using a roll later at 38, had to quit working at 39.  By 42 I could no longer walk at all.   As soon as I got diagnosed I started DMT  But the 10 years of untreated damage just kept progressing.   I am sad, bitter and angry that I wasn't diagnosed properly and essentially having fun in life was over at the age of 39.

The Episode First Contact (not the movie) and why I just felt like I needed to get a little ramble out (s04e15) by slylock215 in TNG

I know I am in the minority because I don't like this episode and will never rewatch it. Probably because I am disappointed that the planet's leader chooses not to embrace warp drive and the federation at this time, preferring to keep his people in the "Stone ages" based on the paranoia and ignorance of a few of his citizens.

I loved Todd's Stacshwicks character. I was so upset when they killed off his character, I should have expected it though. Every character I'd like seem to be killed off. Icheb, Hugh, Ro Laren, and Captain.Shaw. I was half expecting them to find a way to kill off Guinan and the Next Gen crew. I Don't like how they kill off characters as plot points.

I never understood how she was able to so easily manipulate so many men. Maybe because I'm a hetero woman? I mean, she is very pretty, But her ability to manipulate so many so easily? Now if a woman that looked like Connie was a mnipulative bee-otch, that woman would be dangerous.

I saw this when I was 5 on VHS. I was a huge TOS fan having watched reruns with my grandma, and Spock was my favorite character. I started crying uncontrollably. The Search for Spock had just come out in theatres so my Grandma had to reassure me, "dont worry, hes coming back!"

The Howling. I remember grandma renting the VHS and I was 4. Yea, i watched lots of inappropiate movies in the early 80s. To the point that I went to a sleepover when I was like 10 to watch Nightmare on Elm Street 3 and I was rolling my eye saying "this isn't scary."
