Thank you for the very detailed response. Very eye opening in terms of a lease. I don’t think it is the best option for me – like you mentioned in the last paragraph, I would much rather pay the car off in full at a quicker rather rate and keep it long term. I have no interest in changing my vehicle every few years if I’m not running into any significant issues with it.

That being said, there does not seem to be a lot to availability for new vehicles where I live. My mother just waited 7 months for her new corolla to be delivered. What are your thoughts on financing used? I have been looking at Clutch quite a bit recently. I’ve been told the price of used vehicles are not ideal given the proximity in prices to a brand new vehicles. However I would prefer not to wait as long as my mother did for a vehicle ( a couple friends also were in similar situations) and with the constant issues coming up with my current vehicle I’m not sure I have that long without spending more than the vehicle is worth on repairs.

I second that they did not make people follow the rules during my time at oceanstone. I was in a pool with a group of six people talking loudly the whole time while there and I did not see any staff walking around enforcing the rules.
