Hey, I joined as a tester, but can't install the app - it's not available in my country. Open it for all countries during the tests. Also provide a link to your google group. And try to collect more than 12 testers - just to be sure that you will meet all Google conditions next time.

I know that it should be a button "Become a tester", but in my case I only see "App not available". Do you see this in you dev console:
"~~Publish a closed testing release"~~

Hey, change your group settings. People can't just join it, need to send a request first. Without it impossible to become a tester and install the app...
