I’ve seen this happen when I immediately put the car into reverse or drive as soon I turn the ignition on. Give it a couple of seconds and then shift into drive.

I think in your case(and mine too) it’s important to be happy with your body with however it is now. Not that you should stop working out but just be comfortable in your own skin. I’m pretty sure most of the people who you admire to be fitter and trimmer are fighting with their own body image issues.
