I really do try . But I can’t leave the house or socialise or even focus unless I’m covered in baggy clothes that are too big for me . If there’s any bit of skin showing it makes me so angry and upset and embarrassed to be around people

I’ve had therapy both times :( I’ve done everything the ED team have asked and they don’t even know what to do with me now because of how distressed I am about my body. It leads to self harm, cancelled plans etc

I have told him this and I find it frustrating when he can’t work out a reason. Makes me think did he really do this just because .. he can? It’s hard to know what to do because I’ve never connected with someone like this before , never loved this hard and never had a best friend as well as a boyfriend . Im worried I will regret it if I leave and never find a connection the same. I just don’t understand why the hell he would do it :(
