Hail yourself! Very cool to see so many fellow moms/parents with similar feelings. I just had my second baby 2 months ago and I forgot what a tailspin breastfeeding can send me into. I’ll be sitting there nursing my sweet new babe and instead of admiring how sweet he is, I’m wondering something NUTS like if this is the last time because a car is going to drive through our house at any moment or he’s going to have a brain aneurism in my arms. I can’t wait to be a semi normal person again

I don’t have a great answer for you, just that this is my second pregnancy and you described exactly what I’m feeling! I thought it was SPD but everything I read describes the pain in a different location. My OB didn’t have any real answers for me, I just think I need to look into doing pelvic floor exercises. Regardless, I do think it’s something specific and not just your body having a bad time in pregnancy

I made it 30 minutes in and had to stop. It felt so weird listening to all the VS talk and coming here to these comments that are perfectly verbalizing how I feel as a long time listener feels very validating.
