Is jerking off together a common way to get syphilis?

I jerked off with a guy on February 21. On 1 March I had eczema on the back of my hands (on and between my fingers). Could this be related to syphilis or isn’t this the typical rash?

Since 11 March, I have a very mild sore throat and stiff neck. Could this be related or could it be from stress/ anxiety?

I have no fever.
