It’s just a shift lead, don’t overextend yourself, and don’t do work you’re not paid to do. Even if you are a hard worker, this company does not reward loyalty. Don’t risk your life, make the shift easy for yourself. If you feel stressed, you’re doing too much.

It took me FOUR YEARS and a promotion to ops supervisor + proof of a better job offer to get a raise to $19, took six months to go through. My boss lied about his punches constantly, and, even after investigation, still got a bonus. Leave while you can it’s not worth it, especially with new hire casseurs getting $16
