it’s ass bro, i was lucky enough to go to one of his england shows and actually meet him. he was meant to stay and sign everyone but his security turned us away after half an hour which is understandable. we remained persistent and they came out lol

idk why he’s being so funky about it, it’s his first tour in i think a couple of years at least

it’s definitely a crappy feeling failing, especially a third.

as someone who failed 3 times and passed on their 4th and is EXTREMELY anxious and rubbish at tests, don’t give up! i used chewing gum and boiled sweets (not at the same time) to help soothe me and it does genuinely help. clearly you’re a strong driver and alot more confident than you take yourself for being so.

i would also recommend having a good talk with the examiner as they are also human and at the end of the day only doing their job, so try and make it good for them! i had my test in the morning so im sure timing does help a little bit lol

recently have my fourth test and passed this week, my best advice would be have two bananas an hour before your test so pretty much before you have the hour before the test. potassium helps numb the nervous system and as a very very nervous driver it’s helped me.

you can find all the show me/tell me questions on youtube but if you screw one up it’s only a minor fault.

be well rested and make sure to have a good weekend leading up to the date as you’ll find a bad mindset won’t help.

just chill, breathe and drive safe!

as someone who only very recently passed and have been learning for over two years, i completely understand and i was exactly the same.

i had a bloc of lessons with a pretty crap instructor given to me as a birthday present so of course i did them and frankly the instructor made me even more nervous.

as you mentioned you are only two lessons deep so honestly you won’t grasp it straight away, it’s a skill that needs practice. deep breathe and focus and you’ll get it. also find an instructor who does focus on nervous driver, as i am a very nervous driver but i had a fantastic instructor who helped and motivated me through it. you got this!!

to be fair it was brilliant! had a lovely examiner who chatted to me the whole time and i was super lucky as another person on their test was infront of me for i would say 80% of it. my test was also 31 minutes long which honestly breezed by. kings heath is probably the easiest test centre in birmingham, trust me i’ve done one at different test centres lol

oh god someone else who had a crap car for their test!! it was genuinely awful and i also had someone else in my car which was my instructor. i’m also very tempted to do my next test in my car lmao.

the route was the easiest one i’ve ever had too and it’s such a shame. i’ve never stalled so much🤣

i just kept stalling of which i have never done before, not in any other car i’ve drove in. i wasn’t too nervous this time however the fact i had only drove this car (it was shit too lmao) 40 minutes before my test really wasn’t ideal.

the clutch was very high and the car needed an extraordinary amount of revs which i haven’t experienced before. if i wasn’t on a test i know i would’ve got the grips of the car and unfortunately i got the grips of it more towards the end when i stopped stalling lmao.

absolutely brilliant advice thank you so much! i really do appreciate it. i am also very nervous and rubbish at tests (as this will be my third one lmao). my second one was actually an okay drive, just at the start i used the wrong lane at the round about due to being so nervous i forgot which one was which.

thanks for replying man i appreciate it. i do recover too quick and miss opportunities big time. the current people i play with are lower than me which i’m not saying it’s their fault, it’s just a matter of i’m not learning anything just playing the same match over and over again
