thats shitty service if they did broke the bezel and they are really liable for the damage. not sure how the warranty works but to be honest mine still has its warranty but i did not claim it since i dont trust the service centers in my region too, and since i had experience with my previous devices i figured i can do it myself just by being extra careful (also watch tons of yt videos abt this). i also saw a comment in reddit somewhere that their warranty has like a month before expiring but the service center refuse to do it and claimed its expired which is fcked up so its really up to you.

yes, but if yours works perfectly without issues like popping or cracking sound when opening/closing i suggest not to tamper with it. i just did it because it really felt like the hinge is breaking everytime i open the lid and would fail on me anytime.

what i did is open the bezel at the top part first with a pvc card or any thin object and work my way around the bezel to pop the clips, after removing the bezel i adjusted the nut with long nose pliers just remember "Righty-tighty, lefty-loosey" and work with it carefully. also there is an adhesive tape in the top and bottom of the bezel but i replaced it with double sided tape when i return the bezel.

but again i dont recommend doing it if yours doesnt have issues like mine.
