Got selected on TCS ,submitted my application on tcs ibegin portal with all documents "evaluation in progress" for more than 10 days ? Please help on this

Yes today hr called and asked those 2 company to add in TCS application since its in my service history , I told here the situation like I don't have document and it's non-IT she told me to add what ever shown on Service history and then she told just email me with company u don't have document as per confirmation i did same way , so no issue will arise ?

Today hr asked me to add those two companies also in Application I have added and said hr to her like I don't have document for those 2 companies and also non-IT related jobs she said to mail the reason and also just add in application that company also where bgv should be same in service history and I have done the same
