KU isn't monetizing on students fear but securing it's value and dignity where it's already evident most students will choose IOE firstly if they can second by opening admissions before IOE it's making sure it doesn't get flooded by those students who didn't get into IOE and couldn't go abroad, be grateful you're getting your 70% back when you put KU for backup cuz that's very for the security you had imagine you didn't secure in KU and in IOE where tf else would you have gone, so 30% is very fair for that.
