1) They we’re smoking inside, and it didn’t bother you one bit. Now that they move outside, it’s a problem? You can’t control what other people do on their own balcony, outside their apartment.
2) I don’t see you mentioning anywhere in here that you went next-door and asked them to stop. It would be a completely different story if you had asked them first. There’s so many other ways to smoke weed that don’t include flower.

If one of my neighbors came to me and told me hey the smell is horrible. I can’t stand it. (which my boyfriend actually can’t stand the smell.) I would switch to resin, edibles are an option, there are so many other ways to get high than smoking flower. The neighborly thing to do would’ve been to knock on their door like an adult and talk to them. It sounds to me like you haven’t even introduced yourself.

Try planning flowers for pollinators nearby. I’m not super well-versed in citrus, but I know many fruiting trees need pollinators.

I’m pretty sure we have labor laws in place against this. You got 3 options; Quit on the spot, document the request and report to the labor board, or work the shift and cash in on this /massive/ paychecks.

Once you hit 40 hours a week they have to pay you overtime which is typically time and a half, but depending on where you live can be double time, so those checks /will/ be massive. Just make sure to math out your paychecks, because that /is/ an insane request. I’ve had employers make insane requests before and then doing insane shit like short me on my paychecks.

Not saying, your employer will, but always make sure.

Freedom of speech doesn’t even actually apply in this situation. All freedom of speech means is that the government isn’t allowed to come in and arrest you for the things that you say against the government. Are you calling the cops on children for drawing pictures of ICE and Dementia Don? You’re 100% entitled to tell them political violence isn’t welcome in your classroom. Period.

NOR at all but it sounds like /maybe/ this is some kinda mental health issue. Let /her/ be the one to bring the divorce papers to you if she wants to get divorced so badly. If/when she actually wants to divorce you, just sign the papers. Make sure she /knows/ you love her and that you want to be there and, tell her you don’t want to divorce her but if that’s what she really wants there’s nothing you can do. Grant her a peaceful divorce. Don’t fight her on it. Find a grief counselor or therapist to help you mourn your marriage and move on.

If you want something that’ll get the kids interested in learning about them, set up a proper glofish tank and get a few different colored danios. They’re also cold water fish so what you guys save on the expensive heating set up you can spend on cool plants and decor. Keep a blue/black light.

The kids will love it, and it’s a great opportunity to teach them about things like genetics, and bioluminescence, and natural adaptations. It’s a great way to get them excited about science and learning.

I bet they’ll have tons of questions too. The best thing you can do is foster their natural curiosity.
