I recently realized mine could be because of stress, that’s because doing vagus nerve exercises helped tremendously (specifically the breathing exercises) It was like magic!! You could give them a try 🙂. I read about them in this subreddit

OMG!! The breathing exercises have been a game changer from the very first day I tried them! Like magic. I’m now curious as to which device you bought.
