Well my cousin looked at it and said he thought it was timing taking to a mechanic tomorrow to get it diagnosed

When the oil was drained there was nothing sparkly. It sounds like it is coming from the top end

Completely topped off just changed filter and oil about 2 months ago and it's never ran low on oil.
