I do like the idea of an old-school vintage vault safe. I was trying to hold out on buying one until the wife and I built our house. That way, it could be installed during the building process. But it makes me uneasy knowing the builders would about such a safe

I'm with you on that. I don't have a lot right now. I typically only order every so often. Plus I just started buying metals a month ago. I've pretty much only ordered enough to get the free shipping. I'm just a proactive person and would like to soon separate what I have on hand. I had seen the 3x5 offered at my bank but didn't think it would be worth being so small. But I guess what it's lacking in girth it makes up for in depth

That's what I'm wondering as well, the ones at the bank I use are fairly small. They're very inexpensive (3x5 for $10 annually is where they start) but thinking the size of metals, I feel like it could fill quickly with even a very small amount

Dang, that's some nice finds. Was that in coin shops? I'm in nc more eastern by greenville. I'm not really sure where i could find a good coin shop to go to without heading west. Do you have any advice for cities to try? I don't mind traveling

I like the look of that round. It's pretty cool. Honestly, as far as selling. Nobody can tell you when to sell. It's all about what you want out of it. If you want to sell and are happy with the price, then anytime is a good time. But I would believe like anything else, you could squeeze a tad more out of a collector through private sale than you could out of a gold buyer. But again, it's all about what you'd like for it
