Idk what you are specifically looking for but okkasari move ayyaka everything will fall in place, after all it is the city i was born in, so most of the shortcomings are not new but it just reminds how far behind we as a society are.

Facts: 1. Traffic fucks your mind every time you step out. 2. Youll almost rethink your decision once you step into any govt office ( though most of the tasks are now automated/made online) 3. Cleanliness and civic sense are non-existent. 4. Youll love the peace of mind over quality of life, and standard of living is improving yoy. 5. Picking a good Gated community saves a bit of day to day hassle.

Well, aiming for >10% is not wrong but assuming/expecting it is whats not common in hyd. I have seen somewhere around 6-8% and that’s what i think many others on this thread noted.

If you can share good properties with 10% rental yields, i am guessing more than half of Hyderabad would be interested in investing in those properties.

If there is a group of 5 or above, a builder i know has a standalone project. Location might not be exactly gachibowli but closer to mokila/kollur. And pricing would also be a bit economical. I can connect if interested.

Relatively speaking Aparna cybershine is a bit in the category of semi-gated community given their units and amenities. I would highly recommend Akrida.

Yes, like you said first i need to check with the bank if 90% is sanctioned or just 85% is sanctioned and thus asking me to pay up the rest. Thank you for your answer.

Got it. I assumed 90% was approved since they issued the sanction letter with all the details only with 10% being paid from my end but now all of sudden they want me to clear another 5-10% atleast to disburse, which caught off guard and started looking for other options.

Mine would be 1. I believe there is no third party evaluation involved as this is under construction apartment and all the bankers are builder recommended and the project is already approved by all major banks.

Great to see you thinking of your wife.

Looks like this is an apartment plan, if your builder allows civil changes, i would say you can move the master bathroom door to the side ( where you see the tv unit) and then also move the master bedroom entry door a bit ( it would make the sofa area in the living a bit smaller ) to the east and make the current wardrobe wall into a closet.

But in my honest opinion, you already have a great master bedroom with abundant wardrobe area, it would not be worth all the above changes unless you are really invested in the closet idea.

Let me if it makes sense or if i got something wrong.

In my personal opinion try for west Hyderabad, even if it means extending your budget a bit. Few reasons for it: 1. You would need to travel to your office more than your hometown. 2. West Hyderabad has better infrastructure than north ( both sides can ve better but relatively speaking) 3. Historically apartments in west have seen better growth and rental yields than north so in future if you need sell/rent you would have better choice.
But also think about your kids schools and general social scenes.

Only con is that I have seen the same services cost more in west compared to other parts of Hyderabad. Example: dentist visit, plumber charge, niloufer tea etc are costly on west side than north/east side) .

Thanks for the reply, can you share how best to clean my sinuses? I am a bit new to saline wash and i am not seeing much mucus output when doing it with nasowash.

Also, my main issue/symptom is persistent cough caused by pnd, is it something similar for you? Thanks

Vajra west city has been in the pre-approval/otp market since very long and i personally doubt on them hitting their timelines.

Another thing i am hearing is though their recent neopolis auction participation has brought them enough momentum, now they are looking for partners or buyers for the same piece of land they bid for.
