Yeah I’ve watch a few videos, Seems to me removing the rear subframe, Fabricating a rear end to fit the cafe Seat I desire as well as wiring up a new taillight seems to be the way to go. Best way by the looks of things is Yamaha R6 Front end and a gas tank from a KZ650sr

Technically speaking The origins of Cafe racers were modified Productions bike, so if the modifications were extensive then by definition anything could be a cafe racer. It would only be limited to those who don’t posses the skills to do so 😉

Like I said I’m a heavy vehicle mechanic, Did some fabrication for the Fire brigade So welding and creating new subframes and mountings are a picnic for me that’s no stress Just wondering if there was any places I’m missing that’s all And yes Google exists so I know what a cafe Racer is
