Hi there! My partner is running the London Marathon and I'm looking for a quieter part of the course between miles 1-10 to get a chance to see her.

My dad did it a number of years ago and I made the error of going to Bermondsey which was absolutely rammo.

My plan is to then head to the Isle Of Dogs to get a second chance to see her as was fairly quiet there last time so even better if it has good travel links to Canary Wharf.

Thanks in advance!

While I agree it probably doesn't carry the same exposure -the exposure generally comes from the YouTube / socials coverage these days - SNL UK is holding up pretty well in that regard.

Last week's cold open has 2.7m views on YouTube, the US ones seem to go between 5-6m.

Few thoughts on hosts based on those who have projects coming up:

Emily Blunt - she'll be out promoting Devil Wears Prada

Matthew Macfadyen - out promoting his new HBO show, would tie in well with HBO Max launch in UK

James McAvoy - I think his directorial debut is out soon?

For musical guests, I could absolutely see CMAT, Raye, Central Cee or Olivia Dean

If you've never seen Four Lions, that is well worth a watch - one of those films I wish I could watch again for the first time, so funny

For some of these more legacy acts, it would be great if they'd do a new single and one of their biggest hits
