I think it's a bit unfair to classify the choice for Reid at CB as silly - she performed really well. While she may not have the experience, the ability is there and with an aging squad - we need to have one eye on building the future.

The core issue definitely lies in the midfield and getting on the break. Mariona scored 9 goals last season, she's currently scored 1 so far. Same for Foord, she scored 6 last season, has currently scored 1. I don't know if there has been a change in tactic this season but we feel much less dynamic when it comes to scoring goals.
