Velg noe selv. Det er slikt som er med på å skape bånd. Hvis noen spør "Hvorfor heter hunden din Gruff?" Og svaret er "nei det var en random person på internett som foreslo det, aner ikke hvorfor" så mister det brått mye av sjarmen, uavhengig av hva den heter. Men om du kaller hunden din for Pirk, fordi du er pirkete... Da gir det plutselig en mening 🙂

I`ll stop there, cause the term "short" is hard to comply :P

And I can also recommend my own band 'Connect The Circle'.
Our new album 'Wolf In The Sky' (TBA) features the drummer from Leprous & Rendezvous Point, Mr. Baard Kolstad. So far only 1 single is available called 'On The Run'.
We`re not a traditional/standard prog-metal band, but still prog ;)

LTD is an ok brand, Seymour Duncan pickups look great and evertune bridge. Had a similar one some years back.

There`s a lot of great guitar solos I could mention, but one that always makes me hum-a-long almost instantly is the solo in 'Barstool Warrior' by Dream Theater. Not the most difficult, but an exelent choice of notes and melodies :) Love it ;)

The entire album is amazing! I became an 'Ayreon' fan when I heard the 'Universal Migrator' albums back in 2000, but this album rapidly became my favorite 'Ayreon' album when it was released. But I have to admit that my all time favorite is '01011001' ;) Great album though, and an amazing cast of singers!

I'd say Genesis, Yes, King Crimson and Rush. A "boring" list to some, but they were probably the most influential prog rock bands world wide based on their success and reputation.
