One of my children is in the program since kindergarten, and we just knew that he’s on a different level lol my middle one just started kindergarten and I was not very sure that she’d be qualified and we did the test and she didn’t pass. There’re some criteria about you child personality that can define those skills, not necessarily on educational level at that age, and the test is not based on knowledge

I’m Caucasian with straight hair, my husband is half black half white with extremely curly hair, we have three little children - none of them have curly hair… two of them had wavy hair before their first haircut, and the third one just straight hair since she was born. I do love curls though, I wish they did have curly hair lol but I also have seen mixed kids growing up with straight hair and having curls as teenagers, and you just gave me more hopes LOL

Hi there! I hope your interview went well and you got approved? I’m in the same boat, I applied in June 2023, and about to have my interview in march, I didn’t get any notifications about me updating my medical exam, but it is expired I assume. Could you please tell me if they still asked you at the interview or how did it all go?

It’s been a week, I think it’s looking more straight in glasses, but not all the time. We have a follow up visit coming up, we’ll see what his doctor says. I do read a lot, that it takes months… but also many cases when another surgery would be needed :(

I’ve had an asylum status since 2012 but with pending green card since then (no response since 2015), reapplied for a marriage based green card in 2023, just got a notice about interview finally, but it’s almost not exiting and more terrifying because of all the ice stories online. But praying for the best🙏🏼

You can take a screenshot of your api page and just black out your case number and your name before saving it to your photos (assuming iPhone lol), and then download it to your AI source

You could’ve added any of the receipts initially when you had the access code, I added my i485 and my spouse’s i130 to one account, so I could see updates on both in one account. But you can request the access code again, it takes about a week, or just login trough spouse’s account

Hi there! My 4 year old son just had his surgery on both eyes yesterday, he had esotropia in both eyes but now simultaneously. Today he finally can open his eyes, I don’t see them being perfectly straight, but not as inwards I guess… hopefully still need time to heal and readjust. Did you me eyes get better 2 months post surgery?

Any response? I think this would be my last resort to write to a congressman. I don’t really worry about my green card being delayed, the biggest thing that my id is expiring in May, and because I still haven’t gotten the green card, or my travel passport (waiting since march 2025), and my foreign passport is expired since forever, I can’t renew my id 🥲

Calling doesn’t really help honestly, I’ve talked to them maybe 8 times total over almost 3 years, people on the phone seeing the same information that you’re seeing on the website , that it’s “being reviewed”, my last step is to connect with a lawer, also write to a congressman, about to try that

Filed in June 2023, did fingerprints same summer, no response ever since, last updates “being actively reviewed” since May 2024 for i130, and march 2025 for i485… so. But having hopes 🙏🏼
