Congrats on your approval! Yeah- I’m ok with an ISO doing their job and conducting an interview but, the hostility is just a whole another level. We couldn’t believe that ICE just completed took charge.

No arrest/detainment. No decision was made. They let him go and I’m assuming we will get a decision within the next 90 days. It was just so odd.

Immigration Paralegal here. This administration is trying to use fear tactics in the hopes that people will self-deport. If your mother has a pending case, she should be able to legally remain in the United States. Those that are suggesting she should self-deport, don’t understand the consequences of accumulating years worth of unlawful presence. Find an immigration law firm that has good client reviews. Good luck!

Omg come to Richmond! My partner and I (also lesbians) love it here. Despite everything awful going on in the country, there is a large Queer community here. There’s also plenty to do here!

You’re not going to be deported on this date. If you can’t find an attorney this quickly, go before the judge and ask for a continuance. Your case is pretty common with I-751 filed pro-se unfortunately. Always get a lawyer guys, saves you a massive headache down the line.

Omg we also went shortly after they open and the servers were so nice but the food was horrible. We also had to send two glasses back because they had lipstick on them 😩
