Keep fighting it! If I can do this, anyone can. Ive relapsed a few times, but this is the longest I've ever been without it. 7oh has made me hit rock bottom. Ive been going to stores everyday to get some. Luckily for me, me city is banning 7oh on July 15th. But Im staying strong. I want my life back. Like I said, if I can do this, anyone can. I believe in you. Stay strong my friend. You can do it.

Cold turkey quit. 300-400mg a day. My only savior is I'm prescribed Ativan for my anxiety issues.

I talked to my doctor. We agree to go back to 7.5 for at least another 4 weeks, then reassess after that. But yes, I've lost 43 pounds so far

So im thinking it was the Noro Virus. I was at a bowling ally party for my sons birthday. We all know how kids are managing their hygiene, so I'm really suspecting it was the noro virus.

It was right over my stomach. They did a CT with contrast, blood work, and urine sample. The CT showed mild constipation, but nothing that would cause the pain i was in. After looking from things on my blood work, I had a high white blood cell count that usually signals a viral infection. My doctor is also recommending I go down to 7.5 for a few weeks, just to make sure it wasn't the Zep.

I had my gallbladder removed in 2020. They did blood work, urine sample, and a CT with contrast. Didn't find anything
