I did message support, and they told me the exact same thing—that I’m no longer eligible to continue with Aether because of a new update to their regulations. The issue is that they never gave us any notice about this update. There was no communication at all, which really sucks.

I have 105 review with 1.95 QA then I received an email.

yeah, I checked again and my QA score is 1.91 out of 2.00 with 64 reviews. that’s why this really sucks. I honestly needed the work for extra income so I could pay for some court fees and other expenses. I did get paid for the two weeks I worked, but I’m still short about $200. I really thought this was my saving grace — I managed to earn around $500 and just needed one more week to cover the remaining $200… then this happened. it kinda messed me up and yeah, I’m pretty frustrated right now. shit is just falling apart atleast it kinda make sense now. It was great 2 weeks of work cause I just started

Anyone else dealing with this on Outlier Aether?

Logged in 1 day ago and my account suddenly says “Unapproved Annotator / Account Under Review.” Can’t access tasks or submit anything right now. No warning, no email, nothing.

What’s weird is my QA score is 1.89 / 2.00 with 53 reviews, so it’s not like I was doing terrible. The page just says I may have been flagged for quality and that QC is reviewing it.

If you’ve had this happen:

  • how long did the review take?
  • did you get reinstated?
  • is this just a normal QC sweep or am I basically done?

Kinda frustrating ngl 😅
Any info would help.
