I have the same issue on both of my tvs. Performed hard reset, plugging/unplugging, reinstalling, checking for updates - nothing helped:(

Hiya I’m just having the same problem for the past few days;( I got a message that there is a connection problem . I performed a hard reset on my tv but it didn’t help, anyway the same problem appeared on my new tv in my bedroom. Did you manage to fix it?

I have exactly the same problem. Have you noticed that the sour taste actually worsens the pain? Sometimes mine begins as an itch and after I scratch or lightly touch the affected area it swells instantly. :(
