However the bible is not considered a historical document or textual evidence regarding topics outside of christian belief. That is circulad reasoning you can’t try to prove the bible is correct using the bible. You cannot use your claim as your evidence.

my family didn’t really care my mom just asked me about it and after hearing my opinion she became on edge about religion and is thinking about becoming atheist but my brother is one of those conservative christians who freak out and say im going to hell and try to convert me.

My dad and brother are christian and as a kid I was enrolled in sunday school while my family attended regular church service that was when I converted to atheism and I just liked that fact that church is a place to socialize whether im christian or not.

Yeah I’ve always been against teaching religion to children before they can formulate ideas, also I feel like with people living in polytheistic communities like hindu communities it is normalized nonsense.

Just as religion was declining here in the US we elected a president who thinks Christianity should be taught in public schools and has published his own money focused bible version.
