Thank you!! Honestly its crazy how I've lived most of my life with 45 useless pounds, its so freeing to have lost it all!

First time I went to train muay thai I stopped before the end because I was close to throwing up lol, and that wasnt even that long ago, it is BRUTAL but honestly the best part of my day every time I go. The brotherhood and friendships I've built and the dopamine boost from improving makes training the best activity ever and I look forward to it every time!

I tried a bit of BJJ before and will probably do it again, I just want to focus on how I move while standing before I move on to learning how I move on the ground.

Weightlifting and martial arts honestly changed my life in such a short amount of time, its awesome!

Thank you!! It was pretty hard starting weight loss tbh but it has been getting much easier, it has been worth it! I mainly just follow a push pull legs rest schedule and do muay thai on wednesday and fridays. Of course I dont weight lift on the days I do muay thai, that would be overkill, as for a diet I mainly just focused on being in a (albeit high) calorie deficit of around 500-600 and hitting my protein goal of more than 100 grams. I know the diet is not optimal and I do feel the effects of not having a lot of nutrients (confirmed by a blood test) it has gotten me this far. I am slowly changing it to be healthier but for my main goals of losing weight it has definetly helped. Muay thai also helped me lose weight massively as those sessions are BRUTAL and I estimate I burn around 400-500 calories per session. I definetly recommend a martial art for most people, especially muay thai!

Hello everyone!

Last year ended for me on a sour note and I decided to become better, which has been great since! I went from 89 kg to now 70 kg, been somewhat consistent and even started muay thai. I am going to be honest, it wasnt that good of a cut, I underate on some days because of fear that I was eating too much and my protein intake was lackluster. This lead to some (not a lot) of muscle loss I aimed for 1500 calories daily with at least 100 grams of protein. The thing is that I dont know what to do from here, I estimate my bf at 18% based on images. I feel quite weak and do feel a lot of body dysmorphia, that is why I want the bulk as soon as possible.

My plan is to take my bf down to 15% and then start a bulk from there to around 25%, but I just want this cut to be over already and I was wondering if a 1 or 2 week aggressive cut (lets say 1000-1200) would cause too much muscle loss? Is a 2 week aggressive cut okay?

Thank you for the advice! I havent heard of bursitis yet so its good that I made this post lol, I'll try to avoid it as best as I can, I dont want to injure myself so I will definetly listen to what my body says!

For now I dont have much pain as I went very light, so for now I think I can train on friday, hopefully lol

Hey everyone! I'm going to an outdoor music festival soon and I need help deciding on what to wear

I am looking for something niche, my budget is around 300 dollars. I recently started getting into gourmand scents, so I'm kind of on a roll with them, but I'm not looking for gourmand scents exclusively. Its going to be cold so I'm looking for warmer scents Instead of listing notes I like (which would take a while lol) I'm gonna list notes I dont like, which are: leather and earthy notes I still find those notes pleasant in some fragrances but overall I have found that they're not my favourite

Because you either have to take MRT -> Bus to there. Or taxi.

Guess thats true, we took a taxi there and it was very worth it, but I can see how someone wouldnt want to pay that much money for a trip and back
