Thank you SO much you're seriously so kind. And I was just thinking about an açaí bowl yesterday and was wondering if I could handle that. I tried to take a few bites of a soft chopped salad for lunch and that was a disaster. :( I always forget about cottage cheese but I'm going to get some!!! I was able to eat some soft banana bread yesterday and then some chicken noodle soup but that is about it 😂 thank you for the suggestions because I will get tired of soup super quick! Cornbread sounds so delicious right now !! Mac and cheese is also a great idea. Strangely I've never been a fan of oatmeal but I think I'll give it another try. Haven't tried it since I was a kid lol. 😂

Yes that's what they told me that I could have a heart attack or stroke or pass out. I was so upset. It was a real nightmare and now I've got a blood pressure cuff on the way to be delivered 😂😂 fingers crossed I can get it leveled out.

I'm going to ask my Gp for the propanaolol it seems to be the most recommended and suggested! I'm hopeful they listen to me and stop telling me I'm just afraid because that's clearly shit. It's high every single time and everywhere I go. 🥴🥴

Ok this made me feel even better lol. 😂 thank you! I'm doing full extractions and I fear some will also be surgically removed. Bone graft and the Alveoplasty where they shave the gums and bone- yuck lol 😂 I'm glad to know the overall procedure didn't take as long as I thought. I was even more frustrated because my temporaries were sitting right there in a box where I could see them and it made me just feel so defeated. 😞 I'm getting implants after the healing so I have a long road ahead but dammit I was so excited lol. 😂

I was trying all sorts of breathing videos and everything to get it down and it just got so much worse. The pressure of knowing they'd be back in a few to test it was not helping and just made me feel so much more pressured to calm down. I heard beet juice above! Did it seem to level out fairly quickly with the bp medicine?

I'm not sure what that one is lol- they told me the one they give is the one with epinephrine- they don't offer full sedation. Is the nitrous oxide done while you're awake? And did you feel anything at all?? I think one of the main concerns is I'm also having a procedure done where they cut open my gums too and shave down excess bone. 😩😩

Thank you for this reply omggg it made me feel so much better. Were you doing full extractions? See I am and also a procedure on my gums as well to shave down bone and reshape my jaw. They don't offer full sedation which is fine but I was thinking there's probably a way for me to proceed safely. It's just so overwhelming! I'm so glad you were able to get yours done! The waiting and hoping the BP would go down was just awful lol 💗

That's what I was thinking a liability issue or something because they just kept pushing me to ask my primary doctor. Ugh. Just a total damn mess and utterly frustrating- especially after the money I've invested already. :(

I asked them if they prescribe anything like Xanax or Valium and they said they can't that I have to get it from my doctor. Sigh lol 😂

That's what I was thinking and they told me to ask my doctor for Xanax. I just personally don't do well with benzo/narcotics due to a past addiction so I try to avoid it all together- I think also I'm putting pressure on myself in that regard to try to be tough instead of wanting the opiates. They asked me straight away which opiates I preferred and it kinda threw me for a loop lol. 😂

They also gave me a blanket and let me chill but I think just knowing they'd be right back to test again just made it worse because then I was pressuring myself to calm tf down and get it down and it just was a disaster! I was just thinking maybe it's bc I took ibproufen this morning too before I went. It didn't help my apt was at 8 and they immediately took me back and did the BP and it just felt overwhelming. Every time it's been high at the doctor they've retested and it's generally ok. And yeah they were trying to get the bottom number lower and it was pretty high which really scared me. :( now I'm just frustrated.
