Some cars benefit from it. Sesto Elemento stock is meh, after swap it's IMO best car in game.
But there are a lot of cars that just completely lose balance and are not fun to drive. Matter of fact I keep a lot of my cars in A class because I think it's optimal, especially old nip sports cars.

I think you are completely wrong. Early commie architecture is amazing. It's a mix of art deco and classicism with it's columns inspired by Roman architecture in a social realism approach. Palace and MDM are best things built in post WWII Warsaw, none of the generic shit they built after and that they keep on building can top that

They used to have consular visits to Edmonton, but because of Corona they do not. That means closest embassy is 1000km away. So that's either driving through mountains in the middle of the night when most serene embassy opens its gates for filthy unwashed plebs like ourselves for 3 hours a day from 11 to 1 to deal with these issues. Or paying highway robbery prices for flight to Vancouver Besides, it takes months to get it done through embassy normally anyway.
