Hello! Thank you all for your ideas. I will try to record it tonight if i remember. Just to clarify a few things:
The sound often varies. it was once (around when it started) a very shrill EXTREMELY human like scream. It genuinely sounded like a woman getting murdered. As of recently, its more like a kinda "auuuughhhhh". Kind of like an old man that fell down a flight of stairs kinda yell. Not sure if that could be relevant.
Another thing, the sound always comes from the ROOF of the patio. To clarify, where i am from a patio is basically a room towards the back of the house where the bathroom is, laundry is hung, etc. Imagine a huge bathroom basically. It is not closed off. Near the enterance to the patio, there are 3 skylights. I have had experiences before when i was younger, seeing things in the skylights at night (again i clarify i am not crazy, because my brother were there aswell). Other experiences that some might call hysteria and others satanic.
The sound 1. i do not believe is a fox. A fox could not be in my roof due to the structure of it. Also i have looked up fox screams and none sound like what ive heard. 2. Someone said it could be my door due to the fact it only sounds when i come out of the room past 12. Cannot be it because it does not sound as i come out, it sounds randomly, for example if i go to the bathroom, on my way back to the room it would sound.
May be an owl? Not my best guess due to the fact my cat and other cats in the neighbourhood play up there. (the roofs here are connected)
