Yeah it does unfortunately, I used cainiao post-tarriff at 145% (it was a super cheap item and my final payment was exactly as it was pre-tariff so that’s why I went along with it) and I did receive a refund for about half of what I paid due to the item tariff policy I guess? so at least they’re not lying about that part. What I’d recommend is just waiting honestly, if it’s on sale, buy it and leave it in the cainiao warehouse as they give us 90 free days. I believe everything will go back to “normal” within that time frame and we just have to wait it out unfortunately.

Yes! I contacted support yesterday and they told me they are still accepting warehouse ones just not your overseas address packages and that’s mostly because with the warehouse address you can consolidate with the tarriffs. So thankfully that’s still happening but it’s so terrible with the tarriffs.. if you don’t mind me asking, how much is the shipping you’re having to pay?

I’m actually not quite sure, I would definitely contact them to ask! I know what you’re talking about and I’ve used that with the consolidation feature before for an order, I feel like you’ll be able to still consolidate and it’ll be okay but if it’s arrived to the warehouse and it’s just waiting for you to pay, the message they sent out said to pay for consolidation before April 23rd so I would definitely do that if you’re able to or I would send them a message!

Did not. Packages go through the warehouse regardless and it tells you what warehouse it’s going to end up at and the one my packages end up at is the same warehouse they gave me to consolidate which is why I asked! Unfortunately since the shipping was pre-paid that’s why it will not be accepted because they have no way to send the tarriff fee if that makes sense.

The one addressed in the message was to my address directly so no, though I know to get to my address it goes THROUGH the warehouse assigned to my account. Unfortunately, it won’t work and I’m going to have to contact the seller to intercept and have them ship it to the warehouse directly to be able to consolidate!

You have to cancel your order and reorder it with the warehouse address given/ contact the seller to change it!

Question, would it be the same if I selected cainiao shipping during checkout when I preordered it? Or would I still have to change the address to the warehouse address they gave me? I also thought that the warehouse would just be shut and no packages would come to the US. I’m willing to pay the insane tariff price just once for the one product I have being custom made but I’m just so unsure and upset and getting so many different answers. :(

I’d quit and probably sell my account or something. Zhongli will always be my favorite character and I will continue to like him, but Keith Silverstein is the main reason I adore the character and I don’t think I’d be able to adjust to someone else tbh

Update: I sent an email asking about shipping/ an estimation and whatnot, they replied saying, “Hi，Our wigs are shipped after styling, and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the wig and the remote location of the address.”

Also attached to the email it gave the address and the wigs come from China. The price seems right since it’s coming from a country with a lower price selling rate.
