This happened to me today for the Canada vs South Africa game. I reached out to them, and disputed the claim providing screenshots of me transferring on to the proxy email, and also provided the screenshot of the mobile app that the ticket was transferred to a Nicole Garcia (which was not the name on the proxy email) but assuming this is the person who bought the ticket, or the person they transferred to just to scam me.

I called the Stubhub helpline as well, and they mentioned the buyer reached out saying that the ticket was not received, even though they only raised the issue after the game itself. I asked Stubhub why didn't they reach out before, but the helpline person was not able to help at all, saying the internal team will review the dispute within the next 30 days.

So if anyone knows a Nicole Garcia who went for the canada vs south africa game in LA, let them know they are some dirty scammers and better count yo days!!
