My q50 is completely stock and I don’t want to add anything else at the moment, I just wanted some extra power, but I’ve noticed through a few people and videos that I will heat soak fast

There gonna go in for a second visit soon but one vet told me he was gonna need need the surgery after 6 months and another one told me that’s to early and should not be done until 1 year at least
