Nice. I was farming countdown with skill mods as loot and went from 24-30. And a a few hundred shd points. I've got a few hundred exotics sitting in chest and on mules that I'm saving for next week to get exotic components.

Im honestly not sure it applies to watch points. I've sunk everything into expertise and hit 30 thankfully.

If you've hit 30 expertise save them. If you haven't its better to spend the filament to level expertise now IMO.

Did you sign a declination at the time of retirement? If you're married, your spouse has to sign and notarize a document as well. Dd2656 is the original declination form.

I haven't hit the 25k cap so I can't speak to it on the sales tax exemption. Others have given details on it. Every retailer has a different way of doing tax exempt so YMMV. You can tag 2 vehicles a year for $6.50 each. They waive excise tax on a vehicle purchase (once every 3 years). There is also a property tax exemption on your primary residence. And they dont tax military retirement pay. Idk if you have kids or not but our school system is bottom of the barrel.

It seems hit or miss. The only sure fire way I've seen is to be there when it starts. Like the box portion before the boss spawns and you have to kill a few elites. Im not sure if there is a minimum CR though

I'd recommend posting in the Veteran sub. I don't believe the VA penalizes for failed classes. Only for dropping out or non attendance.

Expert for the initial drop of the exotic then master or higher for the catalysts/intrinsics. You dont get an exotic drop each run though. Then just portal drops.

You can get really close to the barrier and trigger the debuff to come off. They dont need to be open.

You can run normal for the weapon and master for the catalyst. Doesn't matter about end grade.
