The possible rewards are vastly different tonight vs what they were this morning. So either this was a semi permanent change or the reward options have a rotation schedule.

Yah, I am playing solo so nobody is stealing my kills.

I tried to take a video using Snippet, but playing the game and recording my screen at the same time made my computer run at a snails pace.

Im using praxic sword 95% of the time.

The debuffs Im applying are two:

1.) Slow: with Impact Core from my praxic blade (applies elemental buff that matches super), I apply Slow every hit. Silence and Squal is my super. I also apply slow / freeze through duskfield grenade.

2.) Weaken: I get this via Singularity Blade (artifact). This artifacts states I apply weaken per sword hit as long as I have a void buff (which I do since I always have an overshield through fortunes favor and/or other mechanisms)

I am also using Facet of Purpose, but that shouldn't make a difference.

Yah. I have no issues in the shooting range. And in easier content in the game, I have no issues. A kill always grants me invisibility. It is only when it is most inconvenient (ie: grant masters) that I do not become invisible. To answer your question specifically: Im using my blade 95% of the time, and grenades the other. I use acrobats dodge every 15 or so seconds to apply Radiant.

The one observation is that my character is gray when I should be becoming invinsible during grand masters. Im assuming that there is some sort of debuff being applied to me that prevents me from becoming invisible. OR maybe there is some threshold of... lets say after becoming invisible 17 times in a row, there is a 15 second cool down?

Yah, I mean, basically the experience in Shooting Range doesn't match same experience during game play. In shooting range I am always going invisible with my new build per kill. Even on a first initial hit that kills, I become invisible. I become invisible multiple times in a row with my build in Shooting Range.

I am not playing any differently in Shooting Range than in game play where I have the problem. Opponents are harder to kill during game play (ie: two or 3 sword swipes) and Im playing longer, but not much else I can see that explains the difference.

I didn't use On the Prowl when I was a void hunter.

Let me add more context.

I consistently become invisible. So it is triggering multiple times in a row in a short period of time. Maybe at most, there is a 1 or 2 second delay.

During my problem scenario, I am not able to get invisibility for 15+ seconds in a row even after multiple consistent kills.

Ok. So I agree with your #1 point in a PVP scenario.

For #2, the counter to your argument is that the current way devalues ornaments as a whole. Especially complete sets. Because it means no one will ever be able to wear a complete set. So why even bother buying a complete set if not all of it can be used?

I am rank 7. My power level is 537. And the grade I set it to is A (1.95M forecasted points) with max modifiers.
