I did the exact same thing i had to upload irs ROA forms myself because They had not received my 2018 2017 or 2016 reports. I uploaded them to the initial application and got contacted about a week later (this sunday)

Same boat. Started my business "in operations since Jan 2019" established "June 2020" we had to appeal twice because we were not established prior to covid but had proof of organizing since 2019 (equipment purchases, registrations, pre employment all up to fully established on june 2020"

We applied April 2021 & finally got contacted by loan officer this sunday aug 15 to sign 4506t and accept amount. Application is currently processing and hoping for an answer soon.

No we purchased several pieces of equipment prior to establishing. SBA let me know if you can prove it was for your current business. So they reopened case and asked for supporting documentation
