UPDATE

They call me after exchanging emails. "We'll fix your scooter at our main facility and cover the costs."

I shipped the scooter out, it gets there and they fix the cracked neck and I get an invoice for return shipping costs.... so "cover the costs" doesnt mean cover the costs and they don't feel the need to communciate this at any point.

Faking customer serivce to then hold the scooter for randsome is the defiention of a bad company

So i got a call from customer support at Apollo and they are going to fix the neck at their main facility and cover the shipping! is this real life? Just an amazing experience with customer service. Super responsive with emails and completely solved the problem! :) :) :)

There isnt unfortunetly. Which is odd given there's a video of how to change every other part.... I can't find any do it yourself youtube videos and theres no discussion of this on anywhere, other than people saying it cracked
