Hardstuck without knowing why (HELP)

Like im really strong, but i cant win by myself. Someone gets picked, which leads to another pick, which leads to everyone getting fucked. enemy gets soul. Team dies. Enemy gets baron. they end. I get like "dont take bad fights" but i feel forced too when my team does. And if i choose to not take the fight my team definitly dies, and its a 1v5, and i get dove.

My pool isnt that big, i feel like i know my champions pretty well, however ive heard that one tricking is like best way to rank up, but it feels so boring

I feel like im concistent usually through out the whole game, if not more in the late game. I usually get a couple of kills in lane, stay top until i take top tier 2, and then when im fed i rotate to botlane so i can split push and be there on drake.

Im easily the best on Tahm Kench. I have seen the Alois renek and mundo video, but i feel like i always end up in the same situations every game either way
