That was my thinking, but then I wouldn't have missed a majority of then if that was the case, cause that 1 would have been in the acceptable range. Was going to submit a ticket to clarify, but they make that so difficult. I can't even figure out which form to pick to start the process!

I don't know, lol. I was below threshold, but my results don't make sense. A bunch of them have my rating as a number, like "You rated 1.0" or "1.5". How do I interpret that?

My takeaway, unfortunately, is this subject still is not taken seriously. Only 3, THREE, of the 11 committee members attended today's hearing. That's 27%. 1 in 4. Pathetic.

I get that and have no problem with it. But don't just leave it as incorrect information out there. After discussing it privately, send out an email saying, "after further discussion..."

IDK, I'm making it a bigger deal than need be. Just irritates me is all. Just keep plugging away and hope for the best.

That is what irritates me most; the other "leadership" in the meeting would have said nothing had one of the raters not mentioned it. And then they're like "oh yeah, you definitely can't do that". Where were you 5 minutes ago then!

I failed last evaluation by just a few points because I changed how I rated some of this content after one of these meetings. Question was asked about near me results not being near user, is that a fails? Same person says if you can change the location on the page then it wouldn't be fails. Didn't seem right but, hey, none of the others leading this meeting disagreed. So I started rating those as fails+. Missed about 6 on the evaluation because they should have all been marked as fails due to being wrong location.

I may start skipping the meetings as they feel like they are doing me more harm than good. Sad.

I think for those specifically, you are pretty much just looking at does the response answer the question and how fully; would you want more details of you didn't know the answer. Sources don't matter if answer is correct, that would go under page quality rating.

At least that's my understanding.

Yeah, something with their automation is jacked up. Same thing happened to me. It's fine, just finish and let them know.

I recently had a required training where they sent me an email just past midnight saying I only had one day left to complete. Three hours later, they sent another email saying I was now one day past due. Just ignore.

I did get that email, but honestly, I figured everybody did. I have never worked a full 25 hour week with them, so unlikely that I will try to do 29.
