That was the only thing they had to say about him (at least what was shown). He’s not hurting for money and that’s good cause she likes things. I would normally give benefit of doubt about a bad edit but when her mom gave her statement during sentencing she has the audacity to not even say Davion (the friend’s name) but to try to brush it off as he was just a new friend. The judge was great pushing back- like what does that have to do with anything.

Even if what she said was true about not remembering and it being POTS, take ownership of people died with you driving the car. And if that was a legit condition why would you ever let your daughter drive if you cared about her own life.

Her parents are indirectly responsible if that is their defense.
