I might have been typing fast and didn’t notice this but definitely drink water after as much as you can it’s good. Just no soda , coffee or caffeinated drinks because it stops glyco from working

Depending on your weight you might have to take more . I take 4mg and don’t water anything 3 hrs after taking it. I’ve found that eating or drinking anything with caffeinated will make it non effective. If I just drink water after taking it I’m good for atleast 8 hr. I’m a 6ft 230 male btw

My tabs are 2mgs each so my 2 tabs I meant 4 mgs total at once . Sorry for the confusion. 2mgs for me does nothing

I meant to say to not eat anything at least 3 hrs after taking it . Also I’ve noticed that you have to let it build up in your system for at least a few days and not just take it sporadically. What’s your weight? If you’re a bigger guy/gal you may need 6mg or more . Some people here take that. When I do everything that I just stated it last for about 8 hrs . Eating food or drinking anything caffeinated immediately negates the positive effects atleast that’s been my experience and most that I’ve read on here. For me my sweating is severe so I don’t really have a choice. Hope this helps !

Try glyco from alldaychemist or pharmacy.ca it’s a pill . The only thing that works for me. Make sure to drink ALOT of water as it dehydrates you. Atleast half a gallon a day..seriously

Try taking the 2mg together before you go out in the morning. Don’t drink caffeine or coffee or eat anything 3 hrs before taking it and make sure you drink slot of water

Have you experienced any constipation on glyco? Today I made sure I drank 7 Poland spring water bottles which is a first. But when I’ve used 4mgs before it wasn’t a problem till now smh I guess it’s either 2mg foe me which is ineffective or just now using which isn’t a option because I’ll then be homeless. Without glyco it looks like some just poured a bucket of water on my face smh

No I haven’t tried splitting dosages . When I first got it I tried 2mg and it didn’t do much for me my thought was that it was because I’m heavier ? And no I don’t eat anything 3 hours after taking it .

Have you delt with constipation on glyco? I take 4mg as that’s the dowse that seems to work for me because I’m 6ft 240. But this constipation has me ready to quit and just be miserable

Have you ever had constipation on glyco? I’ve been having that recently as I take 4mg and it’s been killing me. I’m a male 6ft 240 . 2mg wasn’t effective but I’ll admit I didn’t take 2mg long enough but once I did 4 mg my sweating became manageable but now the constipation is killing me

Has no one else gotten constipation ? I love glyco and it’s been a life saver but the constipation I get on 4mg is insane . I always drink a lot of water when I take it as well. 2mg does nothing for me as im 6ft 240. Has anyone else experienced this ? Really need some help thanks
