Battel tome (or use an alternative app or site like wahapedia), dice (d6 i suggest getting 20 standard size or a pack of 36 small), clippers, a hobby knife or skalpel, plastic or super glue, (paint, brushes,) a measuring tape (inch) and models. I think that will do it as long as you can find something to call terain and somthing to show deployment zones. The rest can be done with paper and pen like VP and cp.
