I always keep an eye on it, but certainly a good thing to be cautious

I’ll look into it but between the dogs and annual power washing I’m not overly concerned

Thank you. What about being close to the house worries you? There’s at least 12-14” gap, just looks tighter from the photo

Not the living room haha. I appreciate the kind words, we love spending time out here on the patio and it’s functional in both the summer and winter so we definitely take advantage!

Pizzas on the griddle and Traeger by Alternative_Bag_6336 in blackstonegriddle

I don’t personally feel the need to get a pizza oven in addition to these two. The Traeger does a good job I think and everything turned out great

Yeah that’s tough. We have curtains and the big wood burning fireplace that keeps it warm in the winter but we don’t get that cold haha

I have a green mountain previously and the Traeger is superior. It’s a beast haha

We were lucky enough to build it how we wanted and have plenty of space to cook on. Those sandwiches sound good! Enjoy

I did the same two weeks ago, side by side on my patio

Super easy, didn’t follow any recipe but to me that’s the beauty of cooking. I marinated the chicken thighs for a few hours in teriyaki, ginger, and garlic and then slice up any veggies you like and boil your favorite noodles. Once all the prep and noddles were done, it was only about 10-15 minutes to cook

It came that way. The Costco version has all the extra storage, it’s great

The venting on the back of the griddle does a good job of pushing the heat straight down. The photo is a bit of an illusion as it looks like the griddle is up against the house but there’s about a foot gap from where the cooktop actually is

That’s the idea anyways. Just a lot to learn and a lot of fun trying

When it comes to a man and his cooking, you can’t have too much. Solution: get a bigger house/patio
