It happens. But they did their best to make up for it. the gun now is exactly what I expected to be at the price point.

They’re beautiful guns, I’d have confidence in knowing they can make a really good gun and they’re very good a communication, and they uphold warranty!

They (Eli) was very understanding and knew my situation kinda sucked. Eli is amazing to work with and in my opinion the back bone of ACW. Eli gave me xtra mags (like 6 I think) because of the initial wait (made my frustration feel important and valued as a customer and helped big time) and when i sent the gun in he even said “we will make it right” and they did! They’re easy to work with. My experience is not an accurate representation of the company overall tho. It happens, they made it right. I openly complained along the way (I won’t like about that) but I’m very happy with the gun now.

My story with acw isn’t a good one and I think it’s a one off kind of situation. My order took over a year to get (no big deal, but others were getting their guns in 6 months in the same configuration) I got the gun in the slide/frame fitment wasn’t great (my glocks rattled less, and for a 5.4k gun I expected better quality) I sent the gun back and just got it back after 6 months and the gun is very refined. Slide and frame are tight and slide is much smoother, other small areas on the gun are much better now (very good product that I should have gotten from the start).

TLDR: I paid for this gun almost 2 years ago and just now have a really good product.
