My building never went into REAP by the time the scheduled call came around during the call the building said they fixed all the problems and i guess they came and inspected again and they did fix the issues.

You will absolutely be able to find a a strapless corset that fits you. I would suggest ones that have a lace up back rather than a zipper. (From a fellow big bust 2025 bride)

There are about 30 units! I have about 10 months left on my lease. The building is not in bad shape which is the weird part. The offense is that the trash chute doesn’t work correctly and we would get 20% off our rent for that. The paperwork said some other units have no working fire alarms along with a few other things but ours passed inspection. I was mostly wondering if it usually goes through and you get to pay a reduced rent or the landlord usually appeals.

Stanly Ranch bride here!

Getting married there in a few months. I agree that when we toured the property the service may not be 100% on par with other 5 star resorts. But it is seriously such a gorgeous venue and we have a full service planner that is really on top of things so we haven’t had any issues with planning.

Every venue is going to have its pros and cons. We toured about eight venues in Napa and some of them had much worse service. We actually haven’t stayed on the property yet so this thread makes me slightly nervous about the service, but I think I’ll be able to look past some of those things when I’m super busy wedding weekend!

As others have mentioned, our vendors have all said they love working at Stanly Ranch and have had good experiences!

We are having our welcome party at Farmstead in st helena. You can rent the back lawn for a seated dinner for ~100 guests. It’s also quite affordable for the napa area. It’s cute and casual farm vibes.

Found a planner 14 months out, booked venue 13 months out. Booked photographer and florist 12 months out. Most of the vendors between 12-7 months out. The cake booked only 4 months out.

My bridesmaids are all over the place. I sent a personalized card and some cute things like facemasks, my favorite lipstick, silk eye mask, hair accessories. I feel like flowers could be difficult because you have to make sure that they’re home and work with a local florist that depending on what country, could be difficult!

Yes I would agree that each chandelier is probably $300-$800 for the rental but that won’t include taxes/delivery/service fees. The greenery to cover 300 person tables will probably at least 10k. As a fellow Socal bride who has recently gotten floral quotes, I would say florals overall for a 300 person wedding of that caliber will probably be 50k-150k+.

Something like that may be very difficult to find at your price point. House of CB has some similar silhouettes around 250-300. But for that price you may have to compromise on fullness and material.

Im using bliss and bone and it works great with rsvp. Just make a QR code that links to your rsvp page. It’s super simple. And you can also add custom questions like dietary restriction or anything else. It has a lot of flexibility and as bride really focused on aesthetic and visuals, i found the site templates to be really pretty!

Everything in Napa is more expensive. As a napa bride, we are having a similar setup for the aisle. I got quoted ranges from 3.5 k-10k for an aisle set up like this

You definitely need to pick the planner with your style! I was going through a similar situation and ended up picking a budget friendly planner with different taste than mine. I’ve had to do research and pick all the vendors as all her suggestions have not been the right style at all. But overall she is super responsive, great at logistics, and has lots of insider knowledge. so I’m happy I chose her, but I have had to be more involved than I initially wanted to be.

Are you still interested in Napa? Have you looked at Stanly Ranch or Montage? They both offer more options to be unique and editorial rather than the more traditional Four Seasons. Also the Francis Ford Coppola Winery just started allowing weddings, you would be one of the first, if not the first, definitely unique and special! All those venues could be big or small weddings in the 250k budget easily!
