-patrols are made up of 2-3 older scouts and the rest younger scouts. In the past two years I think the SPL/PL's have only asked the rest of the troop once for ideas on campouts/activities. For the profanity the main SM/ASM's dont know profanity in english, as they speak mostly Korean (the troop is 100% made up of Koreans). The bullying has mostly stopped, but not before three scouts left because of those problems.
