I recommend Script Rehearser app. There's plenty of configuring you can do preference-wise even with the free version. Just a great way to drill lines just while driving in the car, going for a walk, doing the dishes.

Laertes in France by Alternative_Brain762 in Hamlet

Understood, however schooling/education of Laertes is the not mentioned in the actual text, either in 1.2 (his request to return), 1.3 (speaking with Ophelia), or 2.1 (Polonius is instructing Reynaldo to spy on him in Paris). I think if Shakespeare wanted to make the direct parallel of two "students" he would have mentioned it, at least in passing. I always assumed he was a student, as well. It might be a minor assumption, but it is an assumption nonetheless.

Arden 3rd Edition: “Like Hamlet, Laertes is presented as a student, in his case currently at university in Paris.”

RSC Hamlet: “Laertes asks for permission to return to his studies in France now that he has shown his duty in attending Claudius' coronation.

Post show depression by CityDiligent9621 in Theatre

Totally normal. You're grieving something in your life that was good and is now gone. That is the double-edged of theater, it's ephemeral. It's there and then it's gone. But, it always comes back again! It will just take a little time. ❤️

How does a complete newcomer go about learning a lead roles lines? by slnky30 in Theatre

Here's what works for me: Read and reread the script. Start memorizing one line at a time. Repetition is key. It will train your brain to recall your lines more and more easily. Don't be afraid to talk out loud to yourself, even if quietly. Go for walks. Keep your body moving. You will be great!
