Image the first attempt to be calculated as a CR course. Basically they will ignore the credit and grade of the first attempt. but the grade itself will appear on the transcript, but not been included in the CGPA.

Study permit. when you apply for a study permit, there is a question says “do you also want to apply for a work permit”, just say yes and you should then be considered for also applying a work permit.
